Vicky’s Puppy Chow

Prep: 5 minutes

Cook: 15 minutes

Total time: 20 minutes

What you’ll need:

  • Microwave
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Small microwavable bowl
  • Spoon (ideally wooden)
  • 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
  • Chex Cereal
  • One big bag of peanut M&Ms
  • Small bag of pretzels (I like the square ones, but any will do)
  • Powdered sugar
  • 1 bag of white chocolate chips

  1. Mix 3/4 – whole box of Chex cereal, bag of peanut M&Ms and a small box of pretzels into a big mixing bowl. You can use your own judgement on the ratio of ingredients
  2. Put the bag of white chocolate chips into the small microwavable bowl and add 1 tablespoon of Canola Oil
  3. Put the bowl of white chocolate chips into the microwave for exactly 1 minute…don’t be fooled if they don’t look melted!
  4. Stir up the chocolate chips and once smooth, add and stir the melted chocolate into the big bowl of ingredients (Chex cereal, M&Ms and pretzels)
  5. Once the melted chocolate is nice and mixed into the rest of the ingredients, then sprinkle 1 1/2 cup of confectioner’s sugar and stir very well!
  6. Cool down and serve!
